Mushroom Coffee Latte – My Every Morning Drink

Mushroom coffee is really growing in popularity lately, and for good reason!
Personally, my daily morning mushroom coffee latte is the biggest thing I look forward to.

Besides my morning pup cuddles of course.

Mushroom Coffee Latte – Vegan Style ♡

Mushrooms are actually very good for you, and the ones used in mushroom coffees still promote energy, focus, and even immune support, while being better for your body and without regular coffee jitters and crashes.

I was already trying to get away from regular coffee and went down to decaf, but was still looking for something better.

& that is when I found mushroom coffees!

I went with them because they are a vegan option, and I never left!

(Yes, sadly some of the well known mushroom coffees aren’t actually vegan, weird).

Ryze has been a dream, and my daily mushroom latte consists of the Ryze mushroom coffee (about 2 spoonfulls) and about half a small scoop of my favorite vegan chocolate protein powder.

I put a shot worth of water in right from my Keurig and then heat/froth the oat milk in the frother, pouring over and mixing well.

And that’s all!
