Of course, it is always amazing to glow up with your health and wellness, and even better when you are doing it vegan, reducing harm to others.

I’ve been on my own journey now for quite some time and I absolutely love it. I have never felt better.

Lets talk about the basics and guidelines so you can get in on it yourself ♡

Physical Wellness

Of course, when it comes to your wellness, there are both physical and mental aspects. Let’s get physical first.

Daily Movement

That’s right, get on that hot girl walk, hit the gym by yourself or with your bestie, hike in a new beautiful place, or walk around the mall. It is all great movement, and it counts!
For serious fitness ladies, of course the gym or home gym/workouts are a great addition.
Nature is so healing, so bonus if you can spend time out soaking it in.

Nutrition and Supplements

What you put in your body is obviously super important and essential to your wellness, so don’t miss this!
Healthy, clean, plant based meals are ideal with plenty of hydration, and any extras you may want to add to boost yourself (think coffee, greens juice, vitamins, etc).
Meal prepping is a great way to keep on top of this and also simplify your days.

Self Care Days/Nights

Some of us are day girlies and some nights (I’m a night self care girlie) but whatever time speaks to you is totally okay! Face masks, relaxing baths (hello Lush??), treatments, waxing, massages, spa appts, hair/nail appts, and more.
Self care is absolutely wellness!

Daily Care/Maintenance

This isn’t necessarily “physical health” but something physical that can also help keep up with your daily care, as well as your mental health by helping you feel good.
Do your big oral care routine, whitening, dress up in clothes you love and make you feel good, even if just staying in, nightly heatless curls to wake up with your hair done, DIY lash extensions ; you get the pic.

Mental Wellness

Now, let’s talk the mental side. Your mental health can absolutely affect your physical health too, so for many reasons, it is essential to care for.

Stress manifesting physically is real, so take care inside and out.

DND, Bestie

Leave them on read. Yes, you heard that right! Protect your peace, and do not let anyone that is a negative energy in to affect you.
This is so essential to prioritize your happiness, mental health, low stress levels, etc.
Some successful people also swear by simply not checking their phone until later in the mornings.

Make Your Routines

Routines are an amazing way to take charge of your days, get your body in routine mode, and stay on your habits and goals.
Making sure you get enough sleep and staying on a good sleep schedule is also part of this! Sleep is your body’s big time to heal and rest. Don’t skimp on it!

Journal Away

Journaling your days, journaling to release, journaling to manifest, or all of the above are all amazing for your mental health. I do a combo of all three, but do mainly focus on daily journaling most to simply capture my days.
If I’m feeling any sort of bad feelings lately, I’ll release journal as needed.
I used to journal manifest a lot, and probably should again, but I’ve been focusing on other methods currently. I do recommend all though!

I hope this is a great guide for you to adjust or create your own wellness perfect for you.

Below I’m going to have inspo and such in image form for those who love it and want recommendations! A lot of the things I use myself, and do myself.
