I recently stumbled upon a post all about ways to load hashbrowns. As a gluten free girl who loves her hashbrowns, I was immediately in love! However, the options weren’t vegan as well. So of course, I took the challenge to do it my own style – vegan loaded hashbrowns ideas!

Why I love a hashbrown base:
Not only is it a great gluten free base that is different from rice, it can also be pretty budget friendly. I get my 20 pack for I think just a few dollars from Aldi! (I need to check the price again but I know it has been the lowest I’ve found)
They are also super easy to make and take just a few minutes in a skillet or air frier to get a delicious, crispy base to whatever you want to load them with. Doesn’t get more perfect than that!
