So that will help a ton. I basically am doing some prep to be able to just focus and go for it all late fall/winter long.& it really is crazy coming from a previous spring/summer lover (which I still am), however recently, I’ve been enjoying the fall and winter even more.So, what is on my winter arc plan?: Daily, amazing workouts with treadmill time Hitting hydration goals Posting everyday on main socials Getting outside when weather appropriate for nature time Fully enjoying all holidays with successful biz prep done Meal prep most with some fresh cooking to enjoy also Daily meditation/journaling Improving focus & consistency Improving bedtime/sleep schedule Enjoying a full, slow morning routine (pref daily) Healthy plant based meals (with some treats of course) Regular posting on side socials Keep up with scheduling content to help impr daily posting Time for hobbies/relaxation as well Regularly scheduled time with loved ones Self care priority as much as possible Getting inspired/learning more about myself through the season Learning to be more gentle with myself/my needs I hope this inspires you for your own journey, and make sure that you are developing for you, not anyone else.
