Vegan Disney WorldFood, PersonalMarch 12, 2024August 20, 2025 I went back to Disney World in 2023 after a verrryyy long time, and as my first time being vegan! You have nothing to worry about, as Vegan Disney World is absolutely amazing. There are options for you everywhere, and I’m going to feature the vegan options I was able to try there myself!UPDATE AUG 2025 : I’ve since been back earlier this year during spring time as gluten free AND vegan – so we will start with the most recent finds of this year! Previous year’s info is still here. 🙂 (Disclosure: This post may contain affiliate links. This means that if you click a link, I might earn a commission at no cost to you. While I’ve been to Disneyland and Tokyo Disney as well, sadly, I do not have any info about them at this time 😭Hopefully I will go back to them as well, but right now I will bring you all I documented from wonderful Disney World!I can’t confirm gluten free status of what I ate back in 2023, but I can confirm both vegan and gluten free status for 2025. ♡As a little tip, for any sit down restaurant, I completely recommend making reservations/order ahead via app. This ensured us getting in, and the reservations go fast! Make them as soon as you can to make sure you get to go to the places you want 🙂 Vegan Disney World 2025 (Also Gluten Free!) Starting with wonderful day one – we went to one of our faves – Cape May Cafe in the Beach Club resort! It is buffet style, with the buffet having some vegan/gf options already, but you will have to ask for the vegan/gf waffles, plant butter, and desserts! They are always super quick to bring out the extras and all are absolutely delicious with great textures. 🙂 10/10. Our brunch was late so we decided to just snack until dinner time, which of course was at Galaxy’s Edge in Hollywood Studios.I finally had to try some Star Wars food at Docking Bay 7 was very happy with my vegan and gluten free version meal! This is the Felucian Falafel and Hummus Garden Spread and you must specify if you want it gluten free as well. And a side of plain rice which they said was vegan as well!Don’t forget your blue or green “milk” too! (Vegan!) Day 2 started at Garden Grove inside the Swan Hotel we stayed at. A sit down restaurant from menu.If you ask, they also have the allergen free waffles, as well as vegan sausage links! (I forgot to confirm if gluten free, but my stomach was okay after as a gluten sensitive person)I believe they also had fruit and the plant butter as well. For Day 2 we were mostly in and around Epcot, so we went back to Regal Eagle for dinner later on.It seems like they changed their bbq jackfruit sandwich a bit, and I didn’t like it as much. It was still really good (I also ate it minus the bread, which I set to the side to make it gluten free), but it didn’t have the Impossible burger anymore. The first time I got it (pictured below) I was shocked at how delicious and amazing it was.So yes, still good, but not quite what it was before. I still recommend for a good quick meal. Day 3 was our Polynesian and Magic Kingdom day! Always have to stop in the Polynesian at least once. Its my fave.Of course got some Dole Whip there (as breakfast lol, and got it a few other places as well!) and went to Kona Cafe for an early lunch.I got the Kona Stir-fry with Tofu and you can also request it gluten free! Incredible just like the first time I got it. If you are wanting some coffee like we were to pick you up for more adventures (located in the Polynesian), the coffee shop on the second floor has you covered.Vegan milks and flavors in a cute Disney cup of course! And the view right at that coffee shop is absolutely gorgeous.(Pictured here!) After that we went over to Magic Kingdom for the afternoon and had dinner in there. We went to Pinocchio Village Haus which has vegan & gluten free pizza! And the vegan pizza automatically comes that way.Don’t be afraid of the crust either, as it was soft, delicious, and I couldn’t get enough of it. I finished the other half for my pre flight breakfast the next morning lol.Basically, the best vegan pizza I’ve EVER had.You can eat in, or order (also in app) to go! Vegan Disney World 2023 Kona Stir Fry with Tofu Located at Kona Cafe in the Polynesian resort! My favorite meal of the trip hands down. But I am a tofu lover lolDon’t forget your Dole Whip while you’re there! Dole Whip At many locations through the parks as well as at least in the Polynesian resort! This one I got in Epcot, and I also got some in Magic Kingdom! You can’t ever have enough Dole Whip 😅🍍 Want more Disney? Check out some of the Best Amazon Disney Finds here Mickey Waffles Vegan and gluten free Mickey waffles are available at many breakfast places, simply ask for this version! These in particular I got at Trattoria al Forno, across the lake from the Yacht Club resort 🙂(Also got at the Cape May Cafe last morning there!) BBQ Jackfruit Burger My second favorite meal, absolutely delicious. Any BBQ lover will love this, probably the best vegan burger I’ve had in my life 😆It is a vegan burger patty topped with BBQ shredded jackfruit, even has vegan mayo!At Regal Eagle Smokehouse in Epcot America area. Biergarten Restaurant Options This is a buffet restaurant, but don’t worry as there are plenty of vegan options!I simply asked for the Beyond Sausages, and they also brought me out the pretzel bun as well as some vegan “desserts”.Multiple vegan options on the buffet as well as you can also see 🙂 Blue & Green Milks Found at Galaxy’s Edge in Disney’s Hollywood Studios! Both flavors are vegan, and you have the option of a regular cup, or this souvenir cup (for significantly more money lol) for super Star Wars fans like me 😅 Spinach Artichoke Dip & Flying Saucer Impossible™ Burger Both found at the Sci-Fi Dine-In Theater Restaurant in Disney’s Hollywood Studios! This was in 2023, and while the Impossible burger is still on the menu, I’m not sure if the Spinach dip still is or not, as it isn’t showing when I look up the menu. These options were both vegan and AMAZING.However, they do have another chips Appetizer showing if the Spinach dip isn’t there anymore, which is the Sci-Fi Impossible™ Nachos, which also sounds incredible. 🙂 Plant Based Dog At Casey’s Corner in Magic Kingdom! Served with fries or a Cuties mandarin. Also technically a Beyond Sausage I believe, and they are delicious.I got this after a beautiful night watching the fireworks! I hope this helps give you some ideas for your own trip!Every single meal I ate in Disney World was amazing, even being vegan. So do not worry at all ♡Of course the vegan options aren’t limited to these AT ALL, there are tons more!Did you try another different vegan offering at Disney World?
